Custom Product Approval

Because they are non-returnable, custom products require customer approval before they can be produced and shipped. To assist with the approval process, fabric swatches are sent to the customer for each custom product on the order, to provide samples of the colors and textures that will be used in the custom product.

How to Approve Your Custom Products

Find your registry: If you have added custom products to your gift registry, you can log in to review and approve your custom products


Find your order: If you have already ordered custom products, you can use the form below to find your order and approve your custom products.
